I thought for a bit that this installment of the series was going to be better than the last. I was wrong. They are getting more and more predictable and less and less interesting. I keep watching them because I think, maybe, just maybe they will eventually do something interesting... nope. And now, they have even managed to remove the element of twisted "justice". Stop making these films. This is a Feeling Minnesota.

Only 1 Feeling MN? Haven't seen it yet, but I figured by the end I'd wish I'd bee watching Keanu flip cigarettes into his mouth for the last hour an a half.
Oh no, the dreaded "Feeling Minnesota" rating! Couldn't have been given to a finer, and I use this word hesitantly, "film".
