Halloween (2007)

The Good:
Malcolm McDowell and Sheri Moon Zombie were decent in the film.
The story tried to explain a lot more about the character of Michael Myers.
The music was pretty good.
The opening story of Michael's young life was interesting.

The Bad:
It took forever to get rolling.
I found it to be completely unbelievable.
I didn't think it was scary.
The end seemed anti-climatic.

Overall: The original Halloween did it all better 30 years ago. I have liked Rob Zombie's film up until this one. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't anywhere near as good as John Carpenter's version.

Bleh. Just Bleh. I adore Rob Zombie as a person. I really like MOST of his music - but I would rather have the mumps than watch his movies.
