The Good:
The special effects were alright.
It was only 80 minutes long.
The Bad:
I hated the main character. I disliked him from the get-go. He was arrogant and a complete jerk. I have seen villains with more likability than this guy. Boo. The fact that the main character could move in time only slightly bothered him or intrigued him, he just used it.
The plot was a bit unbelievable (even without the 'power").
Ending was stupid.
Overall: The first one wasn't that good and the second one wasn't even as good as the first.
